Yep, they're all mine, collected over the last 28 years. If I like a board it stays in the collection, if I don't - it goes. I do have a few short boards, mainly 60's, 70's and 80's jobs but one of the disadvantages of age is loss of fitness, wear and tear injuries and ' middle age spread' with it's associated weight gain which means that riding the 5'10 twinny is difficult when you are 240 pounds.

Yeah and, what's that little tube thing on the orange board?

Nice pics, if you got more keep 'em coming (I would especially like to see the Yater's).

Haven't ridden the Pope yet, it had quite a few dings when I bought it and it's currently being restored. Haven't surfed saunton for years, I normally surf further up the coast.

The tube thing is a board lock, there is a nut which stays in the box and a screw which goes thought the bottom of the tube and tightens it onto the board, a thick steel cable is then passed through the holes in the side of the tube and locked to something secure. Once the cable is in place you can't get at the screw to undo it.

The Yater Specializer nose looks to be the same as yours - dark blue rails and underside with gold pin lines. What do know of the Specializer Nose - I can't find any mention of this model anywhere, where did you get yours?
