Use of the term regular as you've used is probably the best term. There are better places to surf and i'm sure once you can you'll be driving to them yourself. Boscombe is just a busy spot, recomend you take up kitesurfing for those windy blown out boscombe days and head down to southbourne.

I do not like the term REGULAR, I live in the Poole/Bournemouth area and used to surf there a lot, however nowadays not so much.
Does that make me a non local!, I don't think so...
It is just as much my local as anyone elses.
