SURFING COSTA RICA

Postby diego » Mon Jun 26, 2006 2:21 am

Hi, well i`m a costa rican surfer, i`m so blessed by God to live in paradise, warm water, waves ALL TIME, etc..., well as a surfer i would like to offer someone that really likes surfing and nature, i`m selling some land like 15 mins from tamarindo, potrero, playa negra etc all spots, and the best thing is that they are really affordable, $10 mts2 (15 mins from tamarindo) or $1000 mts2 in tamarindo, if you are interested please contact diegopacheco3@hotmail.com please ask any question you want. :D

:P Mr.Pat i pay that a month for my place, you can live with that and have extra money unless you have a really wealthy life and spend huge amounts of money style and yeah there is no issue for people buying here..

I always thought that Costa Rica was one of the more expensive destinations in Central America.

I'm looking for a place where I can surf every day wear shorts for the rest of my life 8)

Not bragging but its a bit more expensive because of its benefits.. such as no army , no big gangs etc.. so is more safe than some of our neighboors.

Thats my opinion, now that you mention it i came to live in the beach to use flip flops every day other kind of job wouldve made me use shoes..

highly reccomend buying any land through a reccommended real estate operator though pat or at least spend the time and money on checking out all applicable laws and unwritten local agreements
