can anyone tell me abit about the surf in normady (france), im going over their with my family and i would like to know some consistant longboarding surf spots and how regular the surf is. can anyone help?

I reckon you'd be lucky to get any surf in Normandy..........better off travelling down the coast into Brittany :(

Consistent.... regular.... ? Nope :?

Ive never been there to surf (there wasnt any...), but the map shows that its not gonna get much swell. It'll be, at best, like the south coast of the UK in summer :roll:
Probably worse in fact, as there's even more land blocking any swells from the atlantic, and the ocean isnt very deep there (still on the continental plate and several hundred miles from the continental shelf)

If taking your board is simple, then obviously pack it, but if its gonna cost etc, dont think I'd bother.

well i surf the soith coast so i no how cr***y it will and has got in the summer
