Hi you guys!

Which is better surf this time of year? For longboarders? Level: we're kinda stale beginners, chasing green waves at the mo, waist to shoulder high ideal..

We're going to Shippies again next week and were thinking we could squeeze in one more location... which is bester??

Depends on the swell, looks like Gisborne is catching some right now, although there is a small swell getting in to the Mount.

Cheers royo!

Most websites I check don't forcast that far ahead. And i've yet to learn how to read and trust a swell map.

Where do you surf?

Oh!

And do you know if it's easy to hire a longbaord and wetsuit at these places? One of us needs to hire.

Cheers!

I'll keep searching online but I'd much rather hear from one of you folks... you know....
