The estimate tax shown; is that annual ? (awfully steep if it is) or is it one off ? (still pretty steep even if it's one off)...

Sorry, but I still don't get it. Is the $90,000 tax still due or is it already in the price?

welcome to it if it happens.....if it was sandbridge I would be all over it!

Carolina Beach is just a bit far for trips every weekend.

Seems really low, especially the way the market is right now. Anything wrong? I still can't get that darn link to work. Doesn't like my browser, but I can't put any others on this computer.

Sorry if the tax has confused you. The tax value that the county values it at is $90,000 which means you pay like 1% every year. I have to pay like $1000 property tax roughly every year. It is kind of like the property tax you have to pay on your vehicle every year in order to get your tags renewed.

There is nothing wrong at all with the property. In fact I wish we could keep it. The reason are are selling it is because my wife and I have a job offer in Central America. I love to surf and thought my house for sale was my dream come true but this job offers less hours and more time to surf and spend with my wife. We have to start in July and recently put it on the market after accepting the job. We are trying to sell it as quickly as possible that is why the price is low.

Today I dropped it even more to $194,000 OBO. This will basically allow us to break even or take a loss after realtor fees and loans for wood floors, fixtures, etc. Feel free to email me and I can send more pictures.

We are 5 blocks from beach(5min walk) and 5 blocks from river. The river is one of our favorite places that no one goes to and has a beach where we can take the dog and build fires at night.
