Try WannaSurf.

NI
http://www.wannasurf.com/spot/Australia_Pacific/New_Zealand_NI/index.html

Drill in on your area (and surrounding areas).

Plenty of spots.

Longboard in NZ

Postby Traveller10 » Sun May 28, 2006 6:10 am

hi,
a friend have been there 3 months ago - and there are a lot of spots in North NZ for longboarding. He wrote some short comments in his travel blog - but it's in german. nevertheless, you might be interested: feltout.blogspot.com/2006/01/neuseeland.html : feltout of vienna. There is one article from him in english and that's here: zopilote-surfcamp.com/2006/05/first-surf-in-raglan.html :First Surf in Raglan
he enjoyed NZ very much
cheers
