right click on it and then click on save as and save it withe whatever name you like, then after it's saved, open it with paint or whatever editing program you have. If you are using paint, then go to stretch/skew and put in the percentage to want to shrink it, then click okay, it will shrink the picture, then make sure to save before exiting the program, the you're all set to go.

Yeah just save it and drop it in ms paint or somthing and resize it to 90 or 80% of its original size and then you can upload it as your avatar.

Gutted ... tried re-sizing me Cheese Chatter 3x and it still says it's too big ..i took it down to like 3.5k and it still wont upload

Wish i'd learnt more about creative aspects of pc'ing more than communications !!
