Waves ahoy!

Postby FishKid Wales » Wed May 03, 2006 7:41 am

Who's chomping at the bit to get amongst it over the next 3 days? :D :D
Wales is lookin like having some of the best swell for over a month with off shore winds, what in life is sweeter?:P
Anybody got any sessions booked in over the next 3-4days.

Heading down to the croyde area before dawn tomorrow (its a 4 and half hour drive! ) and maybe move on elsewhere at the weekend if the crowds get horrendous, which I reckon they will

Ooh, Im so excited!
Bet I cant surf though - its been almost a month since my last session :?

Cough, cough,

It's amazing how much better you feel after a good days surf. Over head high at bude, got absolutely pounded then made it upto croyde and putsborough for the evening glass!

Here's the evidence and got to ride my two latest creations.

Llangennith yesterday must have been about 5-6ft clean at the high tide just before mid day, and then for the rest of the day about 4-5ft. Stayed out for 3 and a half hours, :D although I didnt have a good day surfing :(

No, but if you smoke enough you sort of act like mutley (i.e snigger at anything).
That's 1 sick paint job, did you do it yourself?

Ahh nope it's not a paint job but a cloth inlay and yes i did it all myself.
Was riding it yesterday at putsborough in wist to head slightly meesy conditions and it worked so well! Catches the less steep and messy waves realy early with loads of speed. Had a great session on it! :D :D

And for any scottsmen out there here's one for you!
