Brent's New Board

OK so i've been waiting for Brent to come online and brag about his latest love but apparently he's too modest.

I'm not.

Brent is now the proud owner of a BEAUTIFUL 5'9" Channel Islands (Al Merrick) Fish. Emerald green resin tint, volane (sp?) glass, keel fins, the works. Its the dogs B----cks.

I now sleep on the floor and the the board sleeps in bed with Brent :cry:

Wow, now I can say "Hello Brent" when I see your 'fish' on the beach waiting for the completion of the Mount Reef.

Nice board actually, better than daniel McKenny's which has 'Soul' written on it in big black letters.

Ha ha nobody (I hope!) as i'm back up in Auckland at the moment, and hopefully the sod will have the decency to wash it before i come back down.

Off on another field trip to the Leigh Marine Labs today so i won't be around for a bit, see you soon though

Lib's can't answer this since she's now away on a field trip for afew days so I'll answer on her behalf if I may...
She's coming back down here at the conclusion of her Uni year. I'll be going over there at some point during her year away for a decent holiday as well. Libby's home (ironically) is about 60kms from where my ancestors lived prior to their immigration to NZ in 1850 so It'll be a geneaology research trip for me as well. A serendipidous way to tidy up the final stages of a long-term project of mine.

So I'm afraid from about end-of-June when she goes home there'll be lots of in-jokes posted on this forum. You'll have to bear with us I'm afraid.

Yeh like Brent said, we're staying together till I graduate then i'm emigrating, getting residency, doing my masters over here and living happily ever after.
