Well I think I'd most like to go to Indo. Bali probs, or Mentawis on a boat trip. Yep indo Boat trip would be the one. I'm dreaming tho cos that would cost more than I got right now!

I am going to go to the mentawais soon. As I work for a sailing company, they take trips to Sumatra I am gunna stop off for a week at Mentawai isalnds.

Does anyone know of some big wave spots there? Something like 10ft+?!

Broosta, if you're ever near phuket, tell me and I could get you some cheap boat trips to the mentawais, or most of indo.

don't waste your time for the trip to VA. Head north to New England, there is a chance of good swell there, but be prepared (5 and up mm wetsuit)

I'm just assuming that after reading a chart like this...

http://www.nodc.noaa.gov/dsdt/cwtg/natl.html

hmm....35*F(that's between 1-2*C)....I see the need for a 5mm.

Man you just don't know when to quit rubbing it in do ya!?

Really do appreciate the offer of help with a boat trip, but you don't have to worry about calling in any favours off mates for me just yet cos I've just bought a house and so not gonna be on any long haul flights for a little while at least :x ! ... but I have to get there some day... .
