Anyone seen these? Its pretty cool that fcs have brought out these new K2.1 fins (pretty much same as old ones but improved slightly) to celebrate Kelly winning his 7th world title. Only 3000 worldwide!! Its a cool gift to keep. I was wondering if anyone has bought these yet?

Only 140 are available in UK apparently.

£79.99 (Fcs sure know how to rip people off)

I wonder if they will go up in value in a year or two...

Yeah they are a bit annoying really cos I use the original K2.1 fins which cost £40 and I really like them, but I could not justify spending double that on a set of fins. If I did buy them just to keep, I don't think I'd be able to not use them as they are an improvement on the originals.
I think I'd prefer it if they were not really proper fins and just ornaments!

I would like to try this out :D but its £50 just for 1 fin  .

Ye i know, Id have to try out them slater fins. That 3d Red fin is what I want too, it looks amazing, but again £50 for 1 fin like you said. I will get it one day though! Still contemplating about the slater fins - £80 is loads but Limited Edition :?

I can't comment on the slater fin; looks like a good way to get more coin out of you.
The red-tip I can comment on. It's a great fin.
It's really good on mini-guns and shortboards for bigger waves (I use mine on a 6'7") it's a fin for stability and control in cross-chop or lumpy wind swell conditions. It just smooths things out better, chop that would otherwise throw you does not. It does not affect anything else, turns & control otherwise is no different.
I use mine with FG-5 fins on the side.

Ohhh, I so want that 3d red tip fin now! I want something for stability really. Can you get fins that make paddline easier? Because that would be good for me.

The slater fins are cool but for £80, its just a rip off, cant see anyone bothering to buy them even if they are limited.

I should work out how to upload photo's to this site (I'm a luddite) & post some pics of my fin setups. I use several combinations that really work well. mixtures like FG-3 on the sides and a GS trailer in the middle on my hybrid fish for example.
