doing yoga helps your surfing heaps, most of the pro's are gymnasts on water.

building and skating longboards helps keeps me sane--to a degree. the rest is taken up by skiing(snow and water) camping, hunting, fishing, guitar....whole bunch of stuff but mostly those listed.

I love music, i'm a vocalist and dabble in music as a hobby. I used to be more passionate about music when I was in my early 20's. But now it's mostly a hobby. I lived over in London, England for a while doing music with the band i'm currently in.

I also have studied and trained in Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. I fight in April.

I used to spend most of my time serious carp fishing just because you can get away with being high all the time. Caught fish to over 40lb which was nice. :)
