Beginner Beach

Sorry if this isnt the right forum to post my question. Does anybody living in Aus on the Central Coast of N.S.W know of any nice beaches for beginners to start surfing at?

just pick any beach thats partrolled and grab some lessons from an instructor,to get you upto speed
