well Im lucky my other half is australian , So for me to get a visa it was a walk in the park. If your under 30 and from the Uk you can get a 2 yr work visa.
You can get the visa if you have about 2k in the bank or a line of credit . Its well worth it .
There are jobs a plenty if you have skills and experience , if your not skilled in anything or lack professional qualifications you might find it difficult to gain the sort of employment that can get you sponsorship.
but you never know

yer unforntuately it gets dark at 4 in the afternoon.....even tho you cant really tell the difference because it so bloody miserable during the day!

Just to defend the UK weather for a moment...

Im looking out of window at work... Jet black storm clouds all over... except for the patch bathing us in a ray of bright sunlight. And its absolutely throwing it down and the sky is full of rainbows 8)

Looks very cool over the london skyline :D
