Joining the BSA

Postby Laguna » Sun Nov 27, 2005 1:55 pm

hey , has anyone joined the bsa here? I was thinking about when looking at the advertisment in my carve magazine mainly because you get 3rd party insurance for up to £2000, which sounds worth it - incase you injure someone in the surf. Its something like £24 for a years membership and the other benefits are discount on lessons, new reports..

Anyone here a member or know if its worth joining?

I've never paid for a membership with them... as far as I can see the only benifit is the the insurance as you say. Most of the discounts etc are for things you'll never get or arn't worth getting and as for the reports you can do them yourself with more accuracy!
But then thats me.
SAS is a more worthy cause.
