Supplements for All-Day Energy?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking for ways to stay energized and focused throughout the day, especially on those long surf sessions. Lately, I’ve started exploring different supplements to support my overall health and keep my energy levels steady.

One product that’s been working great for me is Supra Vita. It’s packed with nutrients that help maintain energy and focus, and I’ve noticed a real difference since I started using it.

I know this is an ad, but I’m gonna answer anyway I take calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin C. I would take vitamin D, except that I go out in the sun and get it naturally. If I did not get vitamin D, naturally, I would take a supplement as it is very important for the maintenance of several systems in your body.

When expecting a long session, I have a high carb dinner the night before and make a point to be selective with my wave choices. No supplements necessary.
