I concur. Additionally since the temperature of the ocean is lower than is comfortable, it is wise to wear a lot of protective clothing such as a wetsuit. The water thus presents no challenge.

well put Moncho...
i think all CCsurf needs is a few comma's put in the right place.
i know it's not the 'thing' now to use the correct sentence when writing text, but sometimes correct use of comma and full stop makes the sentence easier to read.
hi maia what is your first language?

Hi Newdude!!
do you like to learn spanish, or you just have to do it for school/work? :D Just curious
Maybe I didnt get right your idea and you got me thinking but so far I couldnt relate the two languages, for instance, to say "Hi, how are you" you say in spanish "Hola como estas" and in chinese you say "Ni jau ma"
One thing I know..Chinese is very funny  I love to adopt the accent when studying..Im quite an actress

There are few similarities between Chinese and Spanish.

Spanish is similar to Italian, French etc because they are all based on Latin. It's a tribute to the strength of the Roman Empire back in the day!

Even German, English etc all have some Latin roots.

The Roman empire never spread as far a China, so the language isn't based in the same roots.

Nowadays the British Empire may be dead, but English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. Unfortunately this leads to a lot of arrogance amongst english speakers who believe everyone else should speak their language.

Oh well!!
