I had a customer that returned a rental board late and un-washed. When I went to charge her for the late fee and clean up charge she got irate. I showed her the contract she signed. She said "NO ONE READS THOSE THINGS !!"

In Oaxaca I returned a car full of sand after a week of surfing, they charged me a cleanup fee. It was $200pesos, 10 dollars, which I gladly paid, but my bud was having fit and kept arguing about hidden fees and unfair contracts.
