What's on your surfing to do list?

My cousin inherited a place in Anchor Bay CA and my sister lives in Fort Bragg so I will visit them and explore longboard spots in Mendocino county. Summer waves will be iffy so I'll do a lot of driving and looking!

Wow north of the Red Triangle, sort of like surfing in the state of South Australia Great Australian Bight or was it Bite?
Enjoy! :D
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷

My to do list: Retire
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

Welcome to the club! It's amazing to be able to surf whenever you want except when the forecast isn't so great like today....

Pancake: /pan kak/ : noun: A thin, flat cake of batter, usually fried and turned in a pan. Pancakes are usually eaten with syrup or rolled up with filling. - 2 Mile Surf Shop

So does this mean that your sessions will be longer than 30 minutes?

That remains to be seen. I haven't surfed yet this year still having minor setbacks with my shoulder problem. I just got caught up on all the yardwork that didn't get done due to shoulder problem (almost caught up anyway.) The motion for surfing seems to be getting less and less painful. Barring any unforeseen problems should be soon just in time for hurricane season. Hopefully can get some smaller days and work my way up

Are you working on a new skill or buying some gear?

I've never taken a video of my surfing. I can't justify the expense of a GoPro because it wouldn't be used that often and honestly...I'm not that good.

So, (adding to the list) I'll beg or bribe my wife to capture a ride so you can help me improve.

In BoMan's photo I see my beloved San Onofre State Beach (vinage style)!
In BoMan's map I see my beloved Caspar Creek!

For those that haven't been as far north as Ft Bragg and the locations in BoMan's map, know the SEA up there is a beautiful turquoise color and cold all the time!
