Christchurch, NZ - second hand boards?

Bit of long shot this, but I don't suppose anyone knows a good spot to get second hand boards in or around Christchurch, New Zealand. I'll be out there in mid-November and will need a board, so wondering if anyone has knowledge of the area. I've no idea how prevalent surf shops are out there. Thanks...

There are several in central city...but like most city shops, their surf shops in name only...they sell clothes :-(

Head out to the suburb of New Brighton, there's afew on the main road that runs parallel to the beach, just by the New Brighton Shopping Mall.

Exit Surf Shop on the way out to Sumner normally has a fair selection of second hand boards sitting outside.
