Cracked one of my surfboard fins

Postby Brandonchan11 » Mon Apr 16, 2018 12:38 pm

Hi, I am a beginner surfer and I accidentally cracked one of my fins (as you can see in the attachment nts) I do not want to buy a whole new set because I only need one of the fins So do you guys think I need to replace it? Can it be fixed?, if I need to replace it, where can I buy a replacement

Thanks in advance for the help

1) first figure out how your cracked them in the first place. Why ? I'm more worried about the box leaking and ruining the board.

2) You can light sand the "shatters" and do a hot-coat on them or brush some resin on it. Does that fin flex out more than the other side ? Does seem to have a bamboo veneer core and that's still intact.

3) why are you riding a quad ( and especially a controller set-up ) if you're just a beginner ?
