I only have 2 boards I surf regularly (and only own 3), but there are times when I am 'making do' with them (ie they arent ideal). But thats fine, they are both mid lengths that do most things well in most conditions. I guess I dont get a huge amount of understanding of different boards, but I'm too old to bother with that, I just surf.

I jumped on the first train after confirming he still had it. 1 hour 1/2 ride out to him. $90 board $10 round trip train. Well worth it.
