What gets you feeling stoked? :woot:

For me it changes changes from day to day. Right now I get fired up after catching a bigger wave early and riding it all the way in!

For me it is always about doing something. I love to take steep hairy drops on good sized waves. I love to make powerful turns but I also love to do new things , maneuvers that I haven't done before or at least not much....still haven't done a carving 360 :) However just the chance to catch waves gets me stoked
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

Driving along Pacific Coast Highway when there's a swell. I really enjoy the Great Highway in SF when Ocean Beach is firing. As far as actually surfing goes, I think what gets me stoked the most is when an offshore wind makes the waves stand up, hollow out, and throw spray off the lip. That gets my blood flowing.

Love mind surfing beautifully shaped waves ,even if they are of a size big or small that I cannot ride.
Loving surfing beautiful, waves, and some days just being in the ocean and just one wave can do it!

That will be my next surf as the body rehab prepares me for being capable again! :woot:

I feel the same way about every sesh. After one good ride I tell myself, "The trip was worth it!" When you jump in again, where will it be?
