So searching for wetsuits and found Hurley's wetsuits have this new feature that makes you paddle faster.

its either not going to work or its going to put more strain on your shoulder. Has to be one or the other; the level of strain will be correlated to the effectiveness (more effective = more strain). Might not cause any issues of course. Its an interesting concept.

You don't need a faster wetsuit ......... you need an electrified deck on your surfboard that gives you a shock.
