Perfect Surf?

You wake up and it’s “deadline day.” Emails, texts and voicemail are slammin.’ There’s a lunch date with your girl/boy friend and the dog hasn’t been walked for days. But you decide to ignore it all to go surfing. Tell us how you would justify the pain.

Where would you go?
What’s the wave like?
What board would you take?
Does anything else matter?

Raglan North island New Zealand!
I've taken up troll hunting just for fun, instead of a rifle I'll just use a pun! 冲浪爷爷

If I have daughter, I will warn her to never date / marry a surfer. We know where their true love is.

I guess I am not a surfer since I know where my true love is and it isn't surfing. Surfing is my mistress
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

Hi all, new to board but been lurking for 6 years since I began surfing. This question gave me reason to register and post as I just got back from first trip to Costa Rica.

Boca Barranca
Chest high light offshore
Thruster

What a wave!
