there are some pretty good stories there guys...kept me laughing for a while!

when i was 12 and learning to surf on a hard board for the first time i was to paddeling out and a wave through me off and my board popped up and landed smack on my head. i went back to shore and when my mum saw the blood she insisted if i was to surf again i had to wear a helmet over a wetsuit hood (very cool!) So with this bad news i stormed back to car, slipping up on a rock and cracking my chin open! i had 10 stiches in my chin which made a great fake beard...so with a very bruised ego (even at 12) i went into the water again wearing my wetsuit hood, helmet and a beard....then to add insult to injury i was mistaken for a bloke.......didnt put me off though!
