Another bright future to make yours seem a little duller.

Growing up at Lakey Peak Sumbawa, young Bronson Meidy's game is already so strong. As you'll see above, the eleven year old looks freakishly comfortable in the pocket – remember those are heaving Indonesian reef breaks that he's standing over while he throws shakas to his pals on the outside. Not only does he ooze chill under the lip, he's discovered how to throw himself out into the flats. Take a good look at the next generation, ladies and gents.

Try ask that question to the kids at Sunset Elementary school on Oahu's Northshore. They'll probably say "No". Maybe if Bronson enters the Triple Crown two years from now and does better than what John John did at age 13.

I just watched both videos back to back.....the "better than" argument can be had, but fact is both kids are flat out amazing.....

That's a awesome wave that Bronson gets to surf daily. It just goes to show, if your back yard happens to be a world class wave, you'll probably end up being a world class surfer.
