But not so much "flat surf" as just wrestling with some depression -- What's to get depressed about? I get $$$ disability from the govt., retired, live at the beach, no spouse to surf around --

Last few days, I've just been riding the bike and talking to the babes along the Promenade at the beach.

Wet suits make me claustrophobic. Sharks in the water get me anxious.

But I have a nice bike:

Only mine has white wall tires, color-coord Bell handlebar bag, matching Bell water-bottle, brass Tibetan "spirit bell" like on the Harleys.

Surf gets blown out. Sometimes I think sell everything and move to Montana . . . fly fish and raise dental floss. *LMAO*

Ages ago . . . Like before you guys thought about being born. 1968 to put a date on it --

"Hair" . . . the musical . . . There's a number in there "Almost Cut My Hair" about some poor hippie dude so put off by being alienated that he almost sells out.

And so, for me . . . "Almost Sold My Board."

Then I watched "Step Into Liquid" again -- turned the volume WAY up on the chants at the start . . .

Got some beef, veggies for the cooler. Grill is all packed into the truck, board on the roof . . .

"Raisin' it up. Waxin' it down . . . "

100th post in here. This one. I'm betting I go from a "Wobbler" to something else.

Flat spell indeed . . . I got a board, went out twice. Caught some waves, had a good time.

I live at the beach, retired. I can surf whenever. But I get bouts of depression and haven't been on the board in a month. Ready to sell it . . .

Good weather, actually perfect weather. Surf has been "OK" . . . not wonderful. But I've been depressed.

So, I wonder what 100 posts does.
