what fins do yall like?

FCS but I've only tried them and Power Drive System and glassed in fins so far. Out of those 3 the PDS didn't have the variety of fins and the glassed in ones were shite for travelling so FCS wins due to large choice of fins. And I prefer, in average waves, K2.1s .

FCS fins are crap, try some futures sometime. I really like the Vector 3/2 fins, but now i gotta try the 4/3 sometime.

yeah, you wont regret getting the futures, try the vector 3/2 or 4/3 sometime, they work really good.

gulf did you mess around with different fcs before you swiched? I'm trying to improve one of my boards, I was thinking about trying thet k2.1's or one of the others in the k series, or some of the occy fins, do you have any opinions?

The only fcs fins i've had were some that came on a used board, and fcs probably has some fins that work good, but its just the design of them that i dont like. With fcs you just have the 2 parts of the fin that go into the box but with futures, the whole bottom of the fin goes in so i guess its a bit more sturdy.

well the board I'm looking to improve I can't really change the sistem easily, so I'm trying to find something that's going to help it.

I'm thinking gam, kfin composite, the fg-3s' or the k2.1

I decided I don't need 16 sq" of fin area that the occy fins have

Ya, that prolly would be good. The fins are probably really good, its just the box and stuff that i dont like a whole lot. But if a boards got a fcs box theres nothing you can do, so just try some different fins and see what you like best.
