First time "surfing" on my own

So went to Highcliffe but mistimed it and arrived at high tide. Instead went for lunch then drove along to boscombe and by time I got there the tide had gone out sufficiently. Wind was really strong today so waves seemed big to me but not pattern to them. Got to my feet 5 or 6 times which was good. So difficult getting out deeper and with the wind it was hard work. Really enjoyed it though and looking forward to next Saturday!
