Surf trip to France

Hi everyone!
I'm going by hitchikng on surf trip to France. I'm looking for good spots for beginner/intermediate (I surfed few times already), where could i rent surfboard, find camping or something. How much cost rent surfboard?

SouthWest France, google Landes France and there is a stretch of coastline that is known for great surf, more specifically Hossegor, they host the WSL completion here in October, that's when the swell starts to pick up in Europe too. Plenty of space for all levels of surfing.
