Broken tail please help me

The tail of my board (oxbow) was broken in a strange way and the foam inside was lost .
I have attached the pics of the board , please help me I got no shapers or board repair professionals in my area

That is a huge repair job for someone who knows nothing about it. In fact that is a huge job even if you do know something about it. Basically all the glass that is loose needs to come off then you need to rebuild the tail using a powdered foam and resin mixture. Then you sand it down to the original size of the foam that was there before. Then I would use three layers of fiberglass and then a sanding coat. It's going to be a lot of work.

An alternate method would be to remove all the foam in the tail prefably leaving the stringer then glue on new peices of foam. Or if you don't preserve the stringer than you need to add small dowels that run into the board a few inches and stick into the foam for the entire length of it. In doing all of this you need to know what kind of foam the board is made out of so you don't disolve it with the glue or resin. You can take small pieces and test it with glue and/or resin. After attaching new foam it then need to be sanded down to the original dimensions so you would want to use PU foam but make sure whatever glue/resin you use it is compatible with both the replacement foam and the original foam. It's a big repair.

$75+ repair ? The fiberglass lifted past the leash plug on the deck. Build up of the foam and stringer. I am suspecting this happen from the leash and not the reef. Can you check if the rail saver doesn't go past the rail at the tail ? Do by yourself ? no repair guys and surf shops in the area ? How about marine supply for boats.

oldmansurfer /waikikikichan thanks a lot for your reply and advise , I have never built a surfboard before , but I have always been good with handcrafts and tooling so I will be going for it , as for the material and steps I have been going through lots of videos and topics about the different kinds of foam and how to apply the fiberglass and so on , but I am still not 100% sure it is going to work I will sure keep you updated as soon as I get it done , I was thinking of like taping the loose end and filling it with liquid polyeurethane but am not sure if that would be a good way to go cause i dont know if it will bind with the old foam or not , the other option is getting a block as you advised . I also read that only a fiberglass poly and hot coat is needed and that the stringer and glossing is not that necessary is that in anyway true !

The stringer adds strength. Whatever you do it will be weaker than the original board unless you add more strength. If you cut out the stringer then adding in support will make up for that loss but you can overcome that with more layers of fiberglass. If you cut the stringer out I would add 3 layers on each side the first layer overlapping 2 inches and the second overlapping 2 inches beyond that and the third layer 2 inches beyond that. Or the tail may break off along the original break with the next trauma.
