Home exchange in Santa Cruz/ San Francisco

Hi, I am a Beginner/Intermediate surfer who wants to stay at a place near Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz for a couple of weeks. I live in a studio in SF around Union Square and willing to swap my place for a nice room near by the beach so that I can surf everyday. I don't own a car so the place has to be walking distance from the beach.

Any recommendation on how I can find people interested in swapping or LMK if you know anyone?
