Need some help on ..

Hi peeps,

Im a new surfer here... basicly i got hooked when i went to newquay in cornwall (been twice)

Im getting my own board and wesuite ect tomorrow and i cant wait to start surfing again.

But im in need of some help,

Me and my girlfriend are going on holiday between the 8th of aug and sept, but she dont surf so we need to find a place to suit both our needs.

We have a £300 budget each, to get there and stay in a flat or what not (no camping!) o and its for 2 weeks.

Have any ideas? cos i dont lol...

Needs to be just like newquay i spose... good surf and beaches for me and good shop/nightlife for her so she doesnt get bored!

If you have any surgestions then please let us know

You have a bit of a problem in that most of the good surf beaches are far from good night life.

Newquay is pretty unique in the UK for this, so you should probably look at getting down there again.

When you say 'no camping' - does that include static caravans where you have a kitchen and hot/ cold running water etc?

This is the option we normally take because it's cheaper than flats.

Check out http://www.chycor.co.uk for details of a lot of accommodation.

We often stay in 'Monkey Tree' which is between Newquay and Perranporth and is reasonably priced.

hehe, i should of of said, we planning on going abroad thanks for your help tho, we are still searching..

We have heard that the south of france is very good for surfing.. just need to find nightlife/shops ect for my girlfriend in that area, then a cheap flight and place to stay lol.
