Sun Cure UV Resin that is Ton-Toxic

Postby SurferNate » Thu Feb 19, 2015 2:08 am

Good evening everyone.

I am fairly new to shaping and in search of a Non-Toxic UV activated Epoxy Resin. Is anyone familiar with a brand that falls in line with this?

Thanks,

Nate

The only ones I have heard about are used entirely for patching dings. I suppose you could use it for making a surfboard. They come in gallon sizes, I can find them by doing a google search. I don't think they are any less toxic than plain old 2 part epoxy resin
So what is worse.... dying or regretting it for the rest of my life? Obviously I chose not regretting it.

There's a company I've used called solarez that makes all of their products low VOC so they are environmentally friendly I've used their resin on a longboard I made recently it turned out great the stuff is really light and is heard as a rock.
