... i hear what your saying and there are truths to what you say but i know as many active , proffesional , hardworking tokers as i do wasters ... all about where your mind was at ..with or without the pot !

I have to say dont legalize it. I believe that all narcotics, drugs, including cigurettes should be illegal except for medcinal purposes. So medical weed should be legal, however not for your enjoyment.

However, there is the common theory that making it illegal will increase its use or not change it. Becuase now it appeals to all the kids who want to be "bad" and "cool". However, if you legalize it, it wont appeal to them as much, but they still may do it and others will do it.

well im not keen on weed myself ... but usually i just accept ppl who smoke it. its their choice. however, i think weed affects different people in different ways, and if there turns out to be an effect to a majority group that puts themselves or others in danger, then i dont think it should be legalised.

Don't know if you all knew already but medicinal canibis is perscribed in a small bottle and is in the form of a fine spray which the user sprays under the tongue - just like GTN spray which Angina sufferers have.

Yeh your right , there is a man made cannaboid spray available and it does work , but surprise surprise .. it has been stopped in the uk for the most part by 'research' from a large drug corporate that backed by cetain politicians will not give it national clearance for Ms' sufferers to use it !

back in the day i smoked a lot of weed. but i didn't really feel affected/effected..? .. by it. i still had judgement on things. i just think some people take it overboard and act stupid when they smoke it. anyways, i saw that episode of simpsons, that was a goood one

Bah I wish I had more time to add my 2 pence to this one!

Basically my partner and me are regualar users (that being mabey one or 2 of an evening once works finished etc or as a social element of our lives.
It is a very social drug with little or no side effects and of course as with anything in moderation its fine. Its natural and not chemically made or enhanced, historically it can be traced back to pretty much the begning of the human species and of course you've got the acutal plant itself which can be used or made into anything! its got like 10,000 + uses!!! from medicines, to materials, to cooking, and so on.. Endless!!!

I think it should be legalized because of all the other stuff you can get from it that's like economical and stuff... All I remember right now is hemp rope, but I saw a show on it a while ago saying you can get alot more from it than getting high...
But I do think that it would lead to more problems, I know a bunch of idiots now who go get drunk and stoned in the middle of the street and stuff, and if it was legal they'd end up killing half our neighborhood. They have an IQ of like ten to begin with... lots of people don't really need help lowering it, even for short times. But it's like when alcohol was banned, it's a big black market, but then when it came back to being legal, there's still lots of abusers, and getting rid of it never did anything. If it was legal there would be too many abusers.

The main 'issue' here is the blatent fact that 'weed' is not a very easially taxed drug by the goverment...
