Thinking about getting a shortboard..

ok, i've been surfing for about two years on a 6'10" funboard. i'm getting sort of bored with it, so i was thinking about getting a shortboard. i'm not sure what size and stuff i should get. the waves i surf are pretty crappy. i live in maine. so theyre probably knee high to maybe shoulder high. i'm 5'5" and i weigh 125. anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

get a fish...ive been shortboarding for 6 years than got a 5'8 fish and now its my favorite board.
