Surfing in Mexico???

Postby anonomous » Wed Jun 22, 2005 8:09 pm

Where are the good surf spots in Mexico during August? I am trying to plan a trip and I know nothing about surfing. A friend of mine will only go where the surf is.

I was in Baja in April this year. I went to Playa Los Cerritos, but only for a day and the surf wasn't that great. I think that's the best spot on the Baja though, according to my guide book. It's down the road from a place called Todos Los Santos. However I think there is probably better surfing in the province of Oaxaca, which is further south. But that's only from what I've read, I've never been.
