cheap self-shooter?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to record myself or take snapshot bursts, and the camera and enclosure and surfboard mount together should be less than $50.
I've seen some products that fit the bill but I am not sure which surfboard mount to use,

PLEASE get something that you can wear on your shoulder or wrist, selfies on a board mount facing the surfer IMO makes the waves look smaller and the surfer like he is doing bad dance moves in the shower!
I think your best option might be. On EBay or whatever your local equivalent might be!
There are some GoPro copies out there so they might be of value
