i dont got one... except at the start of the year when my new Sport teacher was asking about our holidays, he suggested occy coz my names mark and i surf.. but meh

Well PapaWoolacombe orignates from a end of school mates holiday i kind of hosted. Cause I knew so much about the area they called be the daddy of woolacombe hence PapaW.

My nickname was always Penguin, because my name is Ben Gwyn!

The Sinista bit was added when I used to log on to a forum that was free for a month at a time - so I was Sinister for the first month, then Sinista (cos I had to re-register!!)

Not the most interesting story, but now you know!!

Well, it's a complicated story...

(Y'all ready? Got your drinks etc?! Hehe)

You all think I'm called Hannah, right? Well...I'm not. Most people call me it and so it kinda rubbed off on me (tends to happen when everyone calls you your middle name, it gets confusing if you call yourself something different!) It's actually Maddy (well, Madeleine) but when I was younger my friends all thought it was really funny to call me Mad Alien (as in Mad Eleine, how it's spelt) which I could deal wth for a while, but when teachers started doing it, I got a bit annoyed with it! So then everyone said well fine,l we'll call you by your middle name instead, if you hate your name that much!

Can't win! I actually really like my name so maybe I'll just have to start getting everyone to call me by it again...Hmm...

So, now you know the secret...wasn't that exciting?!

Other than that it's Midge, Pidge, Chickypidge, Madeleineabelle, Jack (because of the whole Jack J thing), Belle (as in female version of Beau..!), Monkey...Lucky, lucky me huh?!

..so hearing ya there !! .. i havnt heard my real name for years even my fossils (parents!) call me ched' (cheddar - cheeze) ... at work , same :lol:

even my lil'man has started calling me cheezee .

and guys you get a hell of a mixed response in a packed bar when someone hollers .. " hey CheeZee " , half the people will kinda step away from ya with a disgusted look on their face :lol:

I am called 'Bowser' a name which was started by Carlos Van der Kuil at Omanu surf club. When I asked him why they called me that he just said "'Cos that's your name, Bowser" and it stuck. Could be worse I suppose.
Our vanload of surfgoers was called "Banana Republic" by a few lads from the Mount surfshop for a while but it died out after I yelled "BananaRepublic" really loudly every time I drove slowly past the shop on the way to the beach.
I was also called 'Seagull' when working at Sanford's fish factory in the 1980's because I ate so much smoked Snapper.
