Not that I know southwold, and local knowledge is often key, but seems to me that there won't be a wave
The swell graph is a little misleading - it looks like a wave for sunday morning, but the scale of the graph is only 0-1.5ft.
The key is the wave period - 5s is just windchop. A 'real' wave needs a 10s period or more (note - that depends slightly on where you are in the world, but for the UK let's say 10s+). And 1ft of windchop is not really surfable.
I guess if you're on a foamboard or similar, you might be able to get a little push...
That bit of the world (east coast UK) rarely works in summer and needs a good winter storm up in the north sea to send waves all the way down the coast.
