Surfing in September??

Postby malayaka » Wed Jul 17, 2013 12:23 am

Hi all,

Where would be a good place to surf in September for a newbie? I had plans to go to Costa Rica, but it will be their rainy season by that time. I am open to any possible location around the world, as long as the conditions are new-surfer friendly.

Any suggestions??? Please help!!

Hawaii is a good bet for beginners with Oahu and Maui the best places to learn how to surf. Australia is good with many beachbreaks but your questions is so vague that I will stop here, as the world is a very very big place with a huge ocean and thousands of surfspots, so you have to give us more info than that to be able to help! Ask a better question, you get a better answer!

if u are considering europe, you should try the canarian islands, perfect waves for beginers all year round.
