Actually i have a major allergy to any usage of the word "dude" in real or imagined conversations between surfers or about surfers, and if used in conjunction with "gnarly" I want to gnail their writing gnuckles to some egnormous lead weight and send them paddling on their boards out in triple overhead >

Hi.. I have read this book. It is really amazing. It is very helpful for learn to surf. In my beginning days of surfing I also take help of total surfing fitness program that guide me to be a good surfer. To found detailed information you should watch THE WEBSITE WHICH I AM RELENTLESSLY SPAMMING IN EVERY POST. You will found that this includes paddling, duck diving, popping up and maneuvers whilst riding the wave.
