Hi guys.

Going to be all out honest here, im a 'wee in my suit' kinda guy. Not proud of it but I've done worse things in my life.

Ive seen the above rip curl product. Is it a gimmick? I think it probably is but would like some consumer reviews from people who have used it.

Finally, does taking a wizz in your suit ruin it? Im thinking that bear grills can survive on his piss then a bit in my suit isn't the end of the world. Especially as I force myself to flush my suit with water afterwards.

I read somewhere - on the internet, so clearly there's absolutely no doubting it whatsoever - that pee does absolutely no harm to your wetsuit, and if anything is better than seawater for it

I've got a 5mm wetsuit that I used to use in the UK in winter - when warm pee in the wetsuit is something to cherish - and it's still fine after 10 years (including the last six years sitting unused in the garage)

I use a wetsuit detergent / conditioner / bacterial soap. Here is a random link to the one I use:

I like the bacterial soap because it kills microbes and is not stronger than dish detergent. This is especially beneficial in booties because it prevents them from smelling.
