Help Choosing A Board For Newbie Mobie

Hi i'm pretty new to surfing but i would like some advice for choosing a decent budget board.
I've been looking at the BIC minimal 7'3 but a friend of mine told me that is a bit "heavy" to control (making turn etc)

I'm 1m60 for 60Kg...

Then I've been looking at :
-Cortez Funboard, Red Sunset Surfboard - 7ft 0
-Surf Series - 6'8" Funboard Epoxy Surfboard (White)
-NSP - 6'8" Funboard Epoxy Surfboard (Yellow)
-O'Shea Mini Mal Epoxy EPS Surfboard, White - 7ft 2

Which one would you recommend and please share your reviews if you have any experience with any of the board listed above please...

If you are new to surfing I would look into getting a longboard at least 9' long. Longboards are more stable and therefore easier to learn on. You will catch more waves and therefore learn to surf much quicker if you get a longboard.

If you are set on the list of boards you posted, I would suggest the 7"3 Bic minimal. We used to have some of these in our rental fleet and they work fine. I chose the 7"3 mostly because it is the longest board on your list and when you are learning you need lots of floatation.

Like Tony said if you are new get a longboard, its bigger and easier to learn on. If you do however decide to get a smaller board please try and stay away from cheap chinese popouts like NSP. They may be cheap but the workers are underpaid in horrible working conditions and they aren't that good in my opinion.
