Quiver and other boards

Postby Wanderin Monkey » Sat Sep 15, 2012 6:04 pm

Can anyone recommend a particular make/shaper of performance longboards? I have seen a Quiver board (manufactured by Seabase) which I like the look of, but not sure whether they are any good. I have also spoken to guys at fluid juice who I have been told make good boards. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Hi Wanderin Monkey, welcome to Surfing Waves!

No experience of performance longboards, but I've had a fluid juice 6'6 I really like for years now, I'd recommend them on that basis.
Have you had a look at Custard Point? they've been turning out quality longboards for years.

Stewart Longboards are about as performance as they get. I have had several and have not been disappointed. They also have several world titles to back it up.

+1

I got a 9'0" Stewart locally for a steal of $90 a while back. Really nice long board.
