Cracked rail repair?

Postby drunkbuffy » Thu Sep 15, 2011 4:05 am

I just cracked the rail of my new board on an escalator, so luckily, no water or sand etc...in it, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I've got a suncure kit, I've fixed a small crack before, but these cracks seem longish and one under the rail is kinda rectangle shape & I can feel the edges of the fibre glass so it's got to be open, right? Can anyone advise me on what to do, I got no power tools and I think I need to take out a small section of fibreglass...maybe I'll just take it to the shop. :-(
