Board advice - for a change

Hi there, wondering if you could assist although I know these type of questions get asked all the time.

I Kitesurf and SUP 8'11 board (sorry) and am looking at moving to surfing, I have been looking at 7ft ish minimals, I weigh about 10st and am 5'5 so light, would a 7th minimal be too small ?
