1.SURF COMP-will start early due to tide times about 9-1time recommended by Spout from west coast surf

JUDGED BY WEST COAST SURF VOLUNTEER
will be run according to BSA rules
Prizes to be announced -will include one for best wipeout of the day

Beachcombing competion
who can pick up the most rubbish from the beach and who can find the most unusual item
prize to be donated

Catering

will be hot food and hot drinks available
4.SURF CINEMA
If can extend time of evening venue surf film/s
title/s to be decided -will be shown on big screen about 10ft

EVENING PARTY
Venue boat club in Abersoch will be licensed and have dj/disco-still provisional today. COST UNDECIDED.this is the one of the few anticipated costs as probably have to pay for Dj-venue expected to be free, hope to negotiate a percentage of the bar takings.
6.Accommodation
I have several contact numbers for accommodation which i will be contacting to negotiate a good rate for anyone staying over and aim to get a contribution to the relief fund.
